About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the team in applying Agile and SAFe practices
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective
  • Facilitate preparation for PI Planning, ART Sync, and Inspect & Adapt sessions
  • Participate in Scrum Communities, Scrum of Scrums, transformation forums, and risk tracking
  • Drive continuous improvement with the Product Owner and implement improvement actions
  • Facilitate the team’s day-to-day operations and collaboration with other teams and stakeholders
  • Represent the team in Scrum of Scrums and contribute to cross-team coordination
  • Identify blockers and contribute to their resolution
  • Support the Product Owner and team in Backlog prioritization and production planning
  • Track commitments, implementation schedules, and performance indicators
  • Consolidate budget tracking and team expenditure
  • Provide project reporting and propose action plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in Agile and SAFe environments
  • Experience supporting teams with continuous improvement and performance enhancement
  • Comfortable working in environments involving multiple teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate priorities, effort estimates, deadlines, and schedules
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement practices
  • Experience working in an ART/Train environment and with its associated forums
  • Skills in delivery management, commitment tracking, and schedule monitoring
  • Skills in implementing and monitoring performance indicators and reporting
  • Skills in budget tracking and consolidating team expenditure
  • Clear, rigorous, and highly organized approach, with strong summarization skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
  • Proactive mindset and ability to drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to unite a team around common objectives and support change
  • Comfortable coordinating with POs, PMs, RTEs, Scrum Masters, and other teams
