About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support engineering teams in deploying, administering, and evolving their environments and tools within a critical, multisite industrial context
Deploy and configure engineering toolchains in Ansible and Kubernetes environments
Automate the deployment and administration of infrastructure and services
Implement and evolve GitLab/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, and Artifactory tools
Contribute to continuous improvement and platform standardization projects
Design and integrate new solutions to meet engineering teams’ needs
Help harmonize practices and environments across different sites
Handle the day-to-day administration of engineering platforms and tools
Provide Level 3 support for complex incidents
Analyze malfunctions and implement corrective actions
Participate in daily continuous improvement meetings and incident resolution teams
Ensure the availability and performance of environments
Support users and technical teams in operating the tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in complex DevOps, systems, or infrastructure environments
Linux and Windows administration
Ansible and/or Kubernetes
Git, GitLab, or Bitbucket
Jenkins
Jira
Artifactory
Infrastructure automation and industrialization
Level 3 support and complex incident resolution
Knowledge of critical industrial environments
Experience with VAX infrastructures is a significant advantage
Collaborative mindset and strong service orientation
Ability to work with a variety of technical stakeholders
Autonomy and initiative
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Thoroughness and a strong sense of responsibility
