About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and champion the Group’s Generative AI technology vision
Continuously monitor technological developments and innovations in the AI market
Assess and compare Generative AI solutions from leading providers
Produce strategic recommendations and technology selection proposals
Design reference architectures based on Generative AI solutions
Define architecture standards for LLMs, RAG, GraphRAG, Agentic AI, and multi-agent systems
Validate and challenge the technical choices made by AI projects
Support teams in integrating and industrializing Generative AI solutions
Provide subject-matter expertise on the Google AI ecosystem
Conduct technical benchmarks and comparative studies of AI platforms
Oversee POCs, experiments, and opportunity assessments
Contribute to the development of roadmaps for the Group’s AI platforms
Define architecture, security, and governance best practices for AI solutions
Support team skills development and participate in decision-making bodies and architecture committees
Collaborate with teams and participate in the technical, HR, and management discussions involved in the recruitment process

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 6 years of experience in software architecture, cloud architecture, software engineering, and Generative AI technologies, including the Google AI ecosystem and Gemini
Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs and foundation models, RAG / GraphRAG, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model evaluation, Responsible AI and guardrails, LLMOps / AgentOps
Expertise in Google Cloud AI, Gemini, Vertex AI, Vertex AI Search, Vertex AI Agent Builder, Vertex AI RAG Engine, ADK, and BigQuery AI Vector Search
Skills in cloud-native architecture, microservices, API management, Kubernetes, Python, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CI/CD, and DevSecOps
Skills in data and knowledge management, vector databases, embeddings, search engines, knowledge graphs, data governance, and data security
Strategic vision, strong communication and synthesis skills, and technical leadership
