Develop and enhance services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot
Contribute to new projects and major refactoring initiatives
Support version upgrades and obsolescence management

Develop and automate tests
Ensure service integration with web and mobile interfaces

Conduct root cause analyses
Improve platform resilience and stability
Optimize application performance
Strengthen error handling and telemetry
Leverage OpenTelemetry and ELK
Contribute to vulnerability remediation
Help secure and improve the reliability of production releases
Maintain clear and actionable technical documentation
Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, and Mobile teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in Java development
Experience with applications where availability, performance, and security are critical
Proficiency in Java 17+
Proficiency in Spring, particularly Spring Boot and Spring Security
Proficiency in MS SQL
Knowledge of Security by Design and OWASP
Knowledge of authentication and authorization
Knowledge of secrets management and data security
Skills in root cause analysis and log analysis
Knowledge of application performance and resilience
Experience with automated testing
Knowledge of OpenShift and GitLab CI
Knowledge of OpenTelemetry and/or ELK
Angular is a plus
Familiarity with iOS, Android, and Capacitor environments is appreciated
Strong technical standards, analytical mindset, autonomy, curiosity, and a quality-oriented approach
Strong security awareness
Ability to challenge existing solutions and a keen interest in investigation
Team spirit and ability to collaborate with Backend, Frontend, and Mobile teams
