About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and implement test strategies tailored to project objectives and challenges
Build and continuously improve the testing framework and methodology
Support teams in applying quality best practices
Identify risks associated with test campaigns and propose action plans
Participate in scoping and preparation phases for validation activities
Ensure consistency in testing approaches across multiple projects running in parallel
Lead and coordinate testing activities across two major programs
Track test campaign progress and quality metrics
Support functional and technical testers in resolving complex issues
Facilitate status meetings and provide reporting to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, and deadlines
Facilitate communication between project, business, and technical teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience as a Test Lead, Test Manager, or Test Coordinator in complex environments
Experience managing testing activities and software quality
Ability to define test strategies and test plans
Experience monitoring quality metrics and managing risks
Proficiency with test management tools: Jira, Xray, Squash TM, or equivalent
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience coordinating testing teams
Functional and technical knowledge
Leadership skills and the ability to bring teams together
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to take a step back and maintain a cross-functional perspective
Rigor and a strong quality focus
