About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor IT infrastructures in real time, including servers, networks, applications, databases, and backups
- Analyze alerts generated by monitoring tools
- Identify anomalies, assess and classify incidents, and initiate the appropriate actions or on-call procedures
- Perform scheduled tasks, including batch processing, reruns, integrity checks, and backup verification
- Carry out routine operations activities, including restarts, basic deployments, and supervised production releases
- Document actions in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, GLPI, and EasyVista
- Provide first-level user support
- Diagnose incidents and apply resolution procedures
- Escalate issues to specialized teams when necessary
- Track incidents through to closure
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in similar environments, such as helpdesk or monitoring; junior profiles are welcome
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and network architectures
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Centreon, Zabbix, or Nagios
- French required for working in a French-speaking environment
