About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Optimize and automate TV monitoring
- Improve monitoring, alerting, and analytics tools
- Monitor Live, Replay, and broadcast services
- Detect, analyze, and resolve incidents
- Establish and track KPIs, reports, and improvement plans
- Coordinate technical, monitoring, and support teams
- Identify malfunctions and automate relevant activities
- Ensure the effectiveness of implemented actions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the monitoring framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education degree in IT, telecommunications, networks, or systems
- Significant experience in a monitoring, NOC, or technical operations environment
- Experience in TV, IPTV, OTT, broadcast, or telecommunications environments is preferred
- Proficiency in monitoring and supervising critical environments
- Proficiency in alarm management, analysis, and correlation
- Proficiency in task and control automation
- Proficiency in incident management and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of NOC environments and monitoring cockpits
- Knowledge of IP networks and broadcast systems
- Skills in KPI management, reporting, and data analysis
- Ability to coordinate technical and support teams
- Knowledge of Witbe, Temip, Dataminer, Mireador, Grafana, or Power BI is a plus
- Self-directed, rigorous, proactive, and analytical
- Experience in a TV/IPTV or broadcast environment is highly valued
