About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the implementation team onboarding and integrating new ISV channel partners into the PayFac platform
Oversee partner implementation projects, including integration planning, resource allocation, and timeline management
Develop and manage project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources
Optimize partner implementations for risk, security, and payment yields
Lead and coach professional services and technical implementation resources
Collaborate with sales and partner success teams to align onboarding plans with partner objectives
Serve as escalation point for implementation issues and resolve roadblocks cross-functionally
Develop and refine implementation processes, documentation, and partner enablement materials
Track performance metrics for partner onboarding quality
Integrate AI into professional services team procedures
Create and maintain departmental procedures
Coordinate with Marketing on customer-facing materials
Serve as project manager on large or VIP projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or partner implementations in a SaaS environment
2+ years of experience managing a team
Strong understanding of payment processing, gateways, and ISV integration models
Experience working with APIs and technical integration projects
Strong understanding of project management tools and reporting components
Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
Minimal travel (<15%) could be required for company or client meetings
PMP certification preferred
Experience in fintech, payments or financial services preferred
Experience using teamwork.com as a project management tool preferred
Knowledge of PCI DSS, AML and other compliance standards preferred
Pre-existing legal authorization to work in the United States; this position does not offer visa sponsorship
