About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the onboarding process for new clients
Analyze data related to taxation and the classification and reclassification of MEI (Individual Microentrepreneur) status
Validate economic activities (CNAEs) and their compatibility with the applicable tax regime
Analyze and verify the company address
Review and validate all documentation required for company formation
Ensure that information is accurate and complete in internal systems
Maintain active communication with clients, providing guidance and answering questions throughout the process
Ensure that clients complete the onboarding process with confidence and clarity
Review and correct errors, ensuring the quality and accuracy of onboarding and the efficient submission of cases to the Legalization Department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience or knowledge in process review
Experience communicating with clients
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Intermediate knowledge of company formation processes
Intermediate knowledge of tax accounting
Knowledge of workflow processes
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
