About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct operational delivery of open-source intelligence investigations.
Scope, deliver and peer review intelligence products for clients with the OTI APAC team.
Work with team leadership to coordinate the 24/7 intelligence function across APAC and regional hubs.
Conduct and review threat monitoring deliverables and threat and exposure assessments.
Lead and deliver person of interest assessments using open sources to assess online threat actors’ intent and capability.
Provide tactical insights on clients’ threat environments and broader industry trends.
Produce high-quality written analysis in a time-sensitive manner.
Collaborate across regional delivery teams to standardise intelligence output for global engagements.
Develop methodologies and solutions for stakeholder and client security objectives.
Prepare client-ready proposals and brief external stakeholders on intelligence products, findings, analysis and mitigation actions.
Coordinate the APAC team with regional threat intelligence leads.
Support KPI adherence and use metrics to inform operational and commercial decisions.
Peer review junior team members’ deliverables.
Adhere to SOPs, policies and operational requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two years’ experience in a threat intelligence role or similar.
Investigative experience in identifying and analysing information from open sources, social media and deep and dark web avenues.
Demonstrable experience of coordinating intelligence product, including collection planning and reviewing intelligence output from peers.
Developed understanding of the interaction between threatening online behaviour and physical security incidents.
A strong understanding and practical knowledge of the intelligence cycle, source evaluation and techniques used to ensure objectivity, actionability and relevance of intelligence product.
Graduate degree in Security Studies, Intelligence, Threat Intelligence or related fields.
