About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage third-party risk and due diligence engagements throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring requests are tracked, prioritized, and delivered within established timelines.
- Coordinate concurrent due diligence engagements, monitoring project status, actions, and milestones.
- Serve as a primary stakeholder contact for due diligence requests, risk assessments, timelines, and engagement status.
- Liaise with third-party risk and due diligence suppliers, requesting reports and coordinating deliverables and communications.
- Support vendor onboarding and risk management through information gathering and due diligence reviews.
- Escalate risks, issues, and delays and support mitigation measures.
- Maintain records of program activities, risk assessments, and engagement outcomes.
- Conduct OSINT research and due diligence investigations using public sources, intelligence platforms, media, and proprietary tools.
- Collect, analyze, disseminate, and monitor intelligence for incidents, emerging risks, and security concerns.
- Evaluate information for reputational, operational, compliance, integrity, and security concerns.
- Produce intelligence updates, risk briefings, due diligence summaries, executive summaries, stakeholder updates, and program reports.
- Perform administrative tasks including system updates, workflow management, tracking, data entry, documentation, dashboards, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional fluency in English.
- 2+ years of experience in intelligence, investigative research, due diligence, risk consulting, compliance, corporate security, business continuity, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication skills and experience producing reports, briefings, summaries, or analytical products.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate information from diverse sources.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, synthesize, and communicate large volumes of information clearly and concisely.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Strong documentation, record-keeping, and administrative skills.
- Previous exposure to due diligence, third-party risk management, vendor risk, compliance, or investigative research programs.
- Familiarity with open-source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience working with intelligence platforms, risk management systems, or case management tools.
- Genuine interest in emerging technologies and the evolving risk landscape associated with technology companies.
- Experience operating within a global, matrixed, or multinational organization.
