About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and evolution of client-facing compliance products, including a SaaS platform and APIs
Shape the product roadmap across the product suite
Understand clients, the compliance market and competitive landscape to identify valuable product opportunities
Own and drive the roadmap across the SaaS platform and APIs
Balance client needs, commercial opportunities and strategic priorities
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and other teams from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement
Deliver capabilities across Screening, Due Diligence and UBO
Identify and prioritise AI opportunities to improve compliance processes and client experience
Partner with Commercial and client-facing teams to support launches, drive adoption and maximise product value

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in Product Management, preferably in Fintech or tech start-up
Experience working with SaaS products, APIs and AI, preferably in the compliance space
Demonstrable success in delivering product features while working with agile frameworks
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
Fluency in English
Great communication skills and ability to manage cross functional stakeholders
Self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and takes ownership for getting things done
Team player comfortable working in a high growth scale-up firm and contributing toward an informal work environment
