About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the Operational Security business, focusing on embedded consulting services for clients.
Manage embedded consulting service operations and client requirements across West Africa day to day.
Oversee and assure the quality of embedded consultants’ delivery.
Manage client engagement commercial activities, project costs, administration, and financial recording.
Deliver high-quality work and ad-hoc consultancy tasks in response to client needs.
Maintain and expand client relationships through collaboration and regular client visits.
Manage consultant personnel throughout the assignment lifecycle, from recruitment onwards.
Prepare quarterly project reports and identify development priorities.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Identify and implement operations management processes.
Support embedded consultants and respond to welfare concerns.
Manage consultants in accordance with client requirements, company policies, and international standards.
Scope new projects and author proposals.
Identify, select, vet, and manage third-party suppliers and vendors.
Create and manage sales leads.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Background in delivery of security consultancy services to the highest standard.
A good level of experience delivering security risk management.
Developed commercial skills in relation to the provision of risk management services.
Strong report writing skills.
Experience in successfully managing client / consultant relationships.
Highly developed communication skills.
