About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deploy and configure system architectures with appropriate security frameworks
- Deploy servers with hardening and firewall policies between servers
- Support deployment of Azeus applications in cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and KSA cloud
- Deploy Azeus applications on client premises
- Handle server and application software hardening and firewall policy setup
- Identify and analyze system integration problems
- Resolve server issues by identifying root causes and taking immediate remedial action
- Formulate and implement corrective actions for recurring problems
- Formulate and implement preventive actions
- Identify recurring tasks and recommend automation tools
- Provide on-call support for support cases
- Work closely with systems administrators and project team members on system configuration
- Set up and maintain cost-effective and efficient hardware and software deployments meeting project requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills; able to work well under pressure and time constraints
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing shift schedules, including weekends, holidays, and different time zones
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Willingness and ability to undergo intensive on-the-job training and mentoring
