About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in scoping and prioritizing AI use cases
  • Assess business value, analyze technical feasibility, and evaluate industrialization requirements
  • Analyze and structure data, cross-reference information sources, and conduct benchmarks
  • Translate business challenges into clear recommendations
  • Contribute to the design of AI architectures alongside technology experts
  • Participate in discussions on assistant, RAG, agent, and human-in-the-loop patterns
  • Support deployment by translating business requirements into specifications
  • Co-lead workshops and contribute to change management initiatives with end users
  • Draft scoping documents and prepare materials for transformation roadmaps and business cases
  • Monitor developments in AI tools, LLMs, and agentic frameworks
  • Contribute to the firm’s intellectual property
  • Work with IT, CDO, and business unit decision-makers, with guidance from Senior Consultants and Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education degree (engineering school, business school, or university – Master’s degree or equivalent)
  • Recent graduate or early-career professional: final-year internship, work-study placement, or up to 2 years of experience in consulting, technology/data project management, or an analytical role
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Curiosity and a strong interest in AI technology
  • Experience using AI tools, testing advanced prompts, or completing personal/academic projects (no-code, API usage, or foundational knowledge of RAG)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible terms
  • Strong team spirit
  • Thoroughness and reliability
  • Minimum B2 level of English
