Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure delivery quality on billable projects and maintain a staffing rate above 60%
Design robust cloud-native architectures, ideally on GCP, using a solution-oriented approach and managed services
Lead the team’s development efforts
Integrate AI agents into daily workflows to maximize productivity, particularly for software co-design, proactive refactoring, and automated testing
Provide technical expertise during pre-sales and project-scoping phases
Estimate solutions, participate in client presentations, and provide technology assurance to decision-makers
Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to account sales objectives
Contribute to the creation and ongoing enhancement of Full-Stack offerings
Lead internal Guilds and share knowledge through lessons learned and workshops
Maintain active technology watch and contribute to external thought leadership
Manage and mentor 4 to 6 employees, particularly with onboarding, career development, and performance reviews
Contribute to the recruitment strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of experience in software development and cloud-native development
Proven experience as a Lead Developer
Experience designing architectures, owning technical decisions, and managing/mentoring developers
Expert command of the TypeScript ecosystem, from the back end (Node.js) to the front end (React, Next.js)
Strong experience with GCP or another major cloud provider (AWS/Azure)
Strong command of cloud-native approaches
Strong command of SQL databases
Daily use of coding assistance tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
Ability to make and take ownership of complex architectural decisions
Ability to share knowledge and resolve complex challenges
Ability to interact effectively during pre-sales activities and reassure non-technical stakeholders
