About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and prioritize portfolios of AI use cases
- Assess value, technical feasibility, and industrialization requirements, and make build-versus-buy decisions
- Structure analytical data and turn ambiguous business problems into defensible recommendations
- Design AI solution architectures in collaboration with technology experts
- Select assistant, RAG, agent, and human-in-the-loop patterns
- Integrate solutions with existing data and application stacks
- Define compliance and security guardrails
- Lead deployment with technical teams
- Translate business challenges into specifications and facilitate workshops
- Drive change among client teams
- Produce scoping documents, transformation roadmaps, quantified business cases, and executive committee presentations
- Contribute to the firm’s research and intellectual property on models, agentic frameworks, and integration standards
- Interact directly with CIOs, CDOs, business unit leaders, and their teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced degree from an engineering or business school, or university (Master’s level)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting (strategy, transformation, data/IT) or in a role where analyzing and structuring complex problems was central
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI technology
- Hands-on experience with advanced prompting, no-code/low-code tools, API fundamentals, or an understanding of RAG/agent architectures is a differentiator
- Ability to translate technical challenges into business language and vice versa
- Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling confidential data and producing client deliverables
- Minimum B2 level of English
