About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead audits and assessments, including preparing audit plans, reviewing documentation and evidence, evaluating procedures, and conducting client interviews
Prepare, review, and approve assessment reports
Manage priorities, tasks, and project hours in collaboration with the project manager to achieve utilization targets
Ensure quality products and services are delivered on time
Escalate client and project issues to management in a timely manner to inform and engage the resources required to resolve them
Interact with clients throughout the project, engaging with all levels of the client organization
Establish and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders
Pursue ongoing professional development by maintaining industry-specific certifications
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the area of expertise
Collaborate with project managers, quality management, sales, and other delivery team members to increase client satisfaction and meet project requirements
Estimated travel: approximately 30%

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to work successfully in a remote environment
Strong understanding of IT, including networks, servers, workstations, and applications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience
Consulting skills with executive leadership and technical professionals
Ability to quickly build strong, high-trust relationships and credibility
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives and projects
Self-motivated with strong independent initiative
Intermediate English proficiency
Current PCI-QSA certification
One of the following information security certifications required: CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
One of the following audit certifications required: CISA, GSNA, CIA, IRCA ISMS Auditor or higher, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
Strong knowledge of PCI DSS security standards
Experience preparing Reports on Compliance (RoCs)
Experience conducting IT security risk assessments and gap analyses
Experience engaging with management in a consultative capacity
