About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete the learning pathway and acquire the fundamentals of pension planning
- Prepare and document client files using digital tools
- Conduct advisory meetings independently after completing internal qualification requirements
- Participate in internal training and receive personal mentoring
- Attend client appointments in your region
- Participate in training sessions and team days at the Biel/Bienne site
Requirements
What you’ll need- French at B2 level or higher
- No prior VBV qualification is required to begin the learning pathway
- A strong willingness to learn and acquire the necessary qualifications is essential
- All applicable requirements must be met and internal authorization obtained before conducting advisory and intermediary activities
- Strong interpersonal skills and highly developed listening skills
- Thorough working style and strong organizational skills
- High motivation to learn and develop new skills
- If residing abroad, a valid work permit is required and must be verified
