About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Learn the fundamentals of pension and benefits consulting and internal processes
- Support the team with the administrative preparation of client files
- Prepare consulting activities for the required approvals
- Participate in client meetings in the region after obtaining the required authorizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- No prior VBV qualification is required to begin the training program
- Willingness to undergo training and obtain the required qualifications
- All applicable requirements must be met and internal authorization obtained before conducting consulting and intermediation activities
- Strong communication skills and a people-oriented approach
- Eagerness to learn and strong organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset and professional attitude in day-to-day work
- French at B2 level or higher
- If resident abroad, a work permit is required and must be verified
