Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

French at B2 level or above
No prior VBV qualification is required to begin the program
Willingness to undergo training and obtain the required qualifications
Applicable requirements must be met and internal authorization obtained before providing advisory and intermediary services
Strong communication skills and a people-oriented approach
Eagerness to learn and interest in pension and benefits topics
Structured working style and team spirit
If residing abroad, the required work authorization must be verified on an individual basis
Successful completion of the relevant examination and compliance with applicable requirements to obtain the qualification
