About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate training creation and effectiveness methods for CMMS-related quality and non-quality initiatives
- Support the full lifecycle of CMMS-related training needs from training plan creation through execution in the learning system
- Build and support CMMS training process flow to improve efficiency and consistency among Change Analysts, Training, and Content/Process Owners
- Consult with Content/Process Owners to determine effective training levels and delivery methods
- Own the Training and Development Procedure and ensure Cook Medical compliance
- Gather, monitor, and report training-related key metrics for Cook Medical Holdings
- Oversee creation, approval, and updates of training and development standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Collaborate with Learning & Talent Development to build operational learning and development strategy
- Collaborate with Cook Medical functions, departments, and operational units to build training requirements for execution in the learning system
- Manage creation, execution, and reporting in the global learning system
- Support non-quality, Cook Medical-wide training initiatives as needed
- Manage and support adherence to ISO 13485 standards for personnel working within the Cook Medical Management System
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor Degree required
- Minimum 2 years experience developing and delivering formal training programs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Foundational literacy in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data concepts
- Ability to explain AI and data concepts simply
- Ability to identify appropriate uses of AI in daily work
- Ability to responsibly use approved AI tools for low-risk tasks
- Ability to consistently apply Cook Medical’s data privacy and responsible AI guidelines
- Works under general office environmental conditions
- Sitting for extended periods and close visual acuity for computer work
- Regular onsite visits required
- Some travel may be required
- Must sign non-competition and confidentiality agreements
- Compliance with company policies, including the Cook Employee Manual, Cook Code of Conduct, Cook Electronic Information Policy, Product Complaints, HIPAA regulations, and Cook Policy & Guidance On Interaction with Healthcare Professionals
