Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College or university junior or senior preferred, working toward a bachelor's degree in Engineering; graduate students also considered
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited college or university
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
  • Ability to produce project deliverables and documents using engineering knowledge
  • Ability to adhere to the Quality Management System and applicable FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and other regulatory requirements
  • Ability to maintain required training and pursue continuous development
  • Ability to work and interact effectively and professionally across organizational levels
  • Ability to adhere strictly to safety requirements
  • Regular and punctual attendance
  • Ability to meet company quality and quantity standards
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast-paced situations
