About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete a 16-week rotation with assignments in Post-Market and Sustaining Engineering
- Work on projects involving process improvement, test method validation, production, continuous improvement, process technology, manufacturing transfer, supplier engineering, sustaining engineering, engineering test lab, sustaining materials, quality engineering, quality data analytics, and research and development
- Utilize engineering knowledge to produce project deliverables and documents
- Adhere to the Quality Management System and applicable FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and other regulatory requirements
- Maintain required training and pursue continuous development and growth
- Work and interact effectively and professionally with people at various levels of the global organization
- Maintain company quality and quantity standards
- Work in collaborative and independent environments with minimal supervision
Requirements
What you’ll need- College/University student entering Sophomore, Junior or Senior year the following Fall Semester, or Graduate student enrolled in Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited college or university
- Experience recording and analyzing data and clearly expressing conclusions and recommendations in writing
- Ability to work onsite and in hybrid office environments
- Ability to sit for extended periods and use close visual acuity when working with computers and equipment
- Ability to occasionally lift with minimal exertion during the shift
- Ability to use personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, lab coat and gloves, where required
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast-paced situations
- Must adhere to safety requirements, quality standards, training requirements, and regular punctual attendance
