About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, plan, lead, organize, control, and develop strategic and market initiatives for New Business (Biomethane)
- Establish standards, policies, guidelines, and procedures aligned with the company’s plans and strategies
- Structure partnerships, projects, and operating models to diversify, transform, and innovate the business
- Define guidelines for new business initiatives, identify market opportunities, and assess energy scenarios and trends
- Lead the company’s entry into the biomethane sector by structuring operations, partnerships, and contracts
- Integrate acquired businesses, ensuring cultural, operational, and strategic alignment
- Drive the innovation agenda and connect R&D projects with new business opportunities
- Promote cultural transformation and prepare the organization to operate in complex markets
- Foster integration and knowledge sharing across departments and support decision-making through data and process analysis
- Optimize financial and human resources and lead short-, medium-, and long-term plans and projects
- Develop, implement, monitor, and improve policies, standards, targets, KPIs, and procedures
- Promote the company’s mission, values, and work philosophy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or business-related field
- Postgraduate degree in Human Behavior, Business Management, or a related field
- MBA in a related area
- Knowledge of energy solutions, biomethane products, innovation, and energy markets
- Fluent English
- Advanced Spanish
- Availability to work in São Paulo’s South Zone under a hybrid work model
