Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate customers’ daily service schedules
Ensure the best balance between demand and available logistics capacity
Ensure schedule alignment with logistics planning
Maximize customer service levels
Ensure the accurate creation and management of sales orders
Manage scheduling and service-level KPIs
Resolve operational conflicts and constraints
Ensure integration among Logistics Planning, Control Tower, Commercial, and Operations teams
Develop improvements to scheduling processes
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, environmental, compliance, and corporate ethics requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or Statistics
Postgraduate qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, Data, Business Administration, or Business
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of SAP ERP
Knowledge of Power BI
Location: São Paulo – South Zone
