About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a client executive advocate by coordinating distributed internal functions and resources
  • Act as the primary point of contact for post-sales activities, including onboarding, consultative guidance, change management, product training, technical support, and account management
  • Cultivate customer executive relationships and reinforce strategic solution positioning
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customer executives
  • Establish and monitor long-term customer success roadmaps
  • Monitor customer health indicators and sentiment trends and restore customer confidence when needed
  • Support, train, and engage key users and contacts across a diverse customer portfolio
  • Deliver best practices and value-added guidance as a trusted advisor
  • Coordinate with product, delivery, and support teams on product enhancements and change requests
  • Monitor and promote customer product adoption and usage
  • Communicate and train customers on new functionality and system upgrades
  • Identify opportunities to increase Corcentric’s product and solution footprint
  • Act as the internal customer advocate
  • Identify and resolve customer relationship issues with internal resources
  • Represent the customer voice to the product team for enhancements and feature requests
  • Identify critical success factors and business process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Report to the VP, Customer Success within the Global Customer Success team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or source-to-contract domain knowledge and experience
  • Approximately 4+ years’ experience in a SaaS environment working in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or similar
  • Experience managing a concentrated portfolio of 10–20 enterprise-scale customer accounts as a consultative partner
  • Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Efficient organizational skills with strategic and tactical thinking ability
  • Strong technical problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
  • Experience preparing and delivering customer presentation decks in MS PowerPoint
  • Proficiency using MS Excel to analyze and chart data
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Team-player mindset and consistent record of meeting commitments
  • Ability to travel approximately 15–20%
