About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own inventory integrity, investigations, and follow-through across the region
Lead SOP compliance across warehouse, receiving, and branch operations
Oversee cycle counts, returns processes, receiving discipline, and operational accuracy
Prepare, execute, score, and follow up on branch audits and corrective action plans
Ensure D365 process compliance and troubleshoot operational workflows
Drive warehouse flow, safety standards, and operational efficiency
Lead readiness and field execution for corporate and regional initiatives
Manage and report on the regional operational scorecard
Conduct planned branch visits and follow up on operational and system items
Review inventory, returns, cycle count, and receiving scorecards
Conduct operational audits, SOP refreshers, up-training, readiness checks, and regional operational health scoring
Partner with District Managers and Branch Managers on operational excellence and branch efficiency
Report directly to the Regional Director

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong branch operations background (warehouse, receiving, inventory, audits)
Demonstrated history of SOP compliance and operational consistency
Prior leadership experience in operations-heavy environments preferred
Experience with D365 or comparable ERP systems is an advantage
Mincron and D365 experience
Highly disciplined operator with a deep respect for process
Strong situational judgment and pattern recognition
Comfortable holding others accountable
Teaching and instruction excellence
