About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee management of operations and the support team for the assigned district
- Develop and implement operational strategies
- Resolve operational issues and provide direction and guidance for the district team
- Select, train and develop staff
- Coordinate operational and day-to-day functional activities
- Communicate with district and regional leadership
- Manage district-wide operational strategy rollouts, budgets and goals
- Collect data and submit reports as needed
- Determine the operational plan with the manager, General Manager and Regional Leadership
- Determine market opportunities for new products and services
- Ensure operational activities are conducted within the expense budget
- Manage a larger team or multiple small teams through subordinate management and/or supervisory staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older
- Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable
- Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline
- Generally 7+ years experience in related field
- May require certification
- Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report required
- Ability to operate a Company Vehicle or Personal Vehicle consistently more than 20% of the average work week
