About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own inventory integrity, investigations, and follow-through across the region
Lead SOP compliance across warehouse, receiving, and branch operations
Oversee cycle counts, returns, receiving discipline, and operational accuracy
Prepare, execute, score, and develop corrective action plans for branch audits
Ensure D365 process compliance and troubleshoot operational workflows
Improve warehouse flow, safety standards, and operational efficiency
Lead readiness and field execution for corporate and regional initiatives
Manage and report regional operational scorecards
Collaborate with District Managers on operational sales-enablement components
Coach Branch Managers on operational excellence
Support training programs with the Regional Director and corporate operations
Visit branches weekly with clear objectives and follow up on operational and system items
Conduct monthly operational audits, SOP refreshers, up-training, and initiative readiness checks
Conduct quarterly operational health scoring and execution reviews
Report directly to the Regional Director and partner with District and Branch Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong branch operations background (warehouse, receiving, inventory, audits)
Demonstrated history of SOP compliance and operational consistency
Prior leadership experience in operations-heavy environments preferred
Experience with D365 or comparable ERP systems is an advantage
Mincron and D365 experience
Strong process discipline and operational judgment
Ability to identify root causes and patterns
Ability to coach others and hold them accountable
Teaching and instruction excellence
