About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Report to the CFO and lead Corel's topline planning, forecasting and analysis
Prepare topline and KPI sections for monthly operating reviews and quarterly Board materials
Build and maintain product-level KPI scorecards
Lead variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year
Respond to CFO and executive data requests
Lead FP&A planning-system work in Planful, including requirements, data validation, revenue and allocation models, and user training
Partner with Data and IT to integrate Snowflake and NetSuite data into planning and reporting
Replace manual spreadsheets with repeatable, automated reporting
Document models, planning calendars and controls
Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product on financial assumptions
Support investment cases for marketing campaigns, product launches and headcount using ROI and payback analysis
Partner with Accounting on close timing, ASC 606 revenue recognition and accrual accuracy
Serve as backup for critical models and processes
Support audits, cost programs and M&A analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–8+ years in FP&A, sales finance or corporate finance
Experience in software, SaaS or subscription businesses
Hands-on billings or revenue forecasting and topline KPI work
Hands-on daily experience using Claude or similar AI assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini)
Track record of building AI-assisted workflows that saved time or improved quality
Ability to check AI outputs against source data and recognize when not to use AI
Expert financial modelling in Excel with large, linked, driver-based models
Strong grasp of billings versus revenue, deferred revenue and ASC 606
Clear written and spoken communication, including presenting to senior leaders
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
Preferred: NetSuite, Snowflake and SQL, advanced Claude, Python or similar scripting, AI adoption, planning tools, Tableau or Power BI, private-equity-backed company experience, multi-product/multi-currency/multi-channel business experience, CPA, CFA or MBA
