About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own product areas end-to-end, including roadmap, execution, and results
Consolidate customer feedback, understand pain points, and turn qualitative and quantitative signals into product decisions
Own the roadmap and outcomes for WinZip products from discovery through launch and iteration
Help transform the portfolio by rethinking workflows from first principles with AI as a design assumption
Use AI and agentic tools daily for research, analysis, prototyping, writing, and decision support
Build repeatable AI workflows adopted by the product team
Write PRDs, EPICS/User Stories, and business cases
Partner with Engineering on technical trade-offs and sequencing
Partner with Product Marketing on positioning, pricing, and launch
Contribute to packaging, pricing, and monetization
Communicate progress, risks, and disagreements to stakeholders up to the executive level
Put working prototypes in front of real customers
Take at least one 0-to-1 product from problem to launch within the first 12 months
Report to the Senior Director of Product Management and work daily with Engineering, UX Design, Product Marketing, and Sales

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience, including owning a commercial software product or major product area end to end
Daily, hands-on use of agentic AI tools, not a chat assistant alone
Experience running agents, building personal workflows and tooling, and shipping work enabled by them
Concrete examples of AI tools, automations, or shipped work
Track record of shipping products or features from problem to launch
Strong written communication and ability to clarify complex decisions in one page
Comfort working directly with engineers on technical trade-offs
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Preferred: Deep use of an agentic coding environment such as Claude Code, including custom agents, skills, or MCP integrations
Preferred: Experience building agent skills, sub-agents, or evaluation frameworks for LLM-powered products
Preferred: AI-built tool, agent, automation, open-source contribution, or writing sample
Preferred: Experience with Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Snowflake
Preferred: Experience in consumer or SMB productivity/utility software, desktop and cloud
Preferred: Experience with subscriptions, freemium, usage-based pricing, and PLG
Preferred: Familiarity with file management, compression, security, or collaboration domains
