About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consolidate customer feedback and translate qualitative and quantitative signals into product decisions
- Own product roadmaps and outcomes from discovery through launch and iteration
- Shape WinZip portfolio transformation using AI as a design assumption
- Use AI and agentic tools daily for research, analysis, prototyping, writing, and decision support
- Build repeatable AI workflows for adoption by the product team
- Write PRDs, epics/user stories, and business cases
- Partner with Engineering on technical trade-offs and sequencing
- Partner with Product Marketing on positioning, pricing, and launch
- Contribute to packaging, pricing, and monetization
- Communicate progress, risks, and disagreements to stakeholders and executives
- Put working prototypes in front of customers and take at least one 0-to-1 product from problem to launch within the first 12 months
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product management experience, including owning a commercial software product or major product area end to end
- Daily, hands-on use of agentic AI tools; experience running agents, building workflows and tooling, and shipping AI-enabled work
- Concrete examples of AI tools, workflows, prototypes, automations, or shipped work
- Track record of shipping products or features from problem to launch
- Strong written communication and ability to clarify complex decisions in one page
- Comfort working directly with engineers on technical trade-offs
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
