About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, organize, and document specialized engagements for post-conversion clients
- Apply best practices for Professional Service engagements
- Prepare standard and customized post-conversion documentation
- Engage clients to create client-specific Professional Services engagement plans
- Act as the main liaison for clients throughout engagements
- Recommend strategies and policies to improve and strengthen the development process
- Learn from past roadblocks and devise strategies to avoid them in the future
- Provide technical assistance and training for clients
- Provide timely and accurate updates to clients and internal staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Three to five years of similar or related experience
- At least two years of KeyStone experience
- A college degree (non-technical discipline), or multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs, or in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training
- Ability to prepare standard and customized post-conversion documentation
- Correct spelling, grammar, and terminology in documentation
- Ability to create client-specific Professional Services engagement plans
- Technical assistance and training expertise
- Strong client communication and customer service skills
- Ability to honor deadlines, keep promises, and maintain standards
