About the role

Teach English online to adult learners and children who already know some English
Conduct 50-minute or 25-minute lessons
Teach 1v1 or group classes
Teach during afternoon-to-evening Beijing time based on current demand
Use provided lesson plans
Maintain a teaching commitment of at least one complete semester

Requirements

What you’ll need

Preferred: TEFL/TESOL Certification
At least 1 year of Online Teaching experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in any field; preference given to degrees in Language and Education
Available to teach part time, afternoon to evening Beijing time (5 pm - 11 pm BJT)
Reliable computer (desktop or laptop); software does not accept Chromebooks
Internet access; wired connection using cable preferred
Commitment to teaching minimum of one complete semester (6 months)
Punctual and responsible work ethic
