About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components/LWC, Aura, and Visualforce
Implement enterprise Apex development patterns at scale, such as trigger factories
Assist with release cycles to implement and deploy new or updated applications and code
Write, test, analyze, and implement high-quality code according to specifications
Follow Salesforce best practices and guidelines while maintaining application security and avoiding technical debt
Build client trust, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with clients
Research current Salesforce technologies and communicate trends and future business needs
Use Salesforce declarative tools including Lightning Flows, Process Builders, workflows/rules, validation rules, approval processes, case management, formula fields, and email services APIs
Customize the Lightning experience for existing or new users
Design, develop, and support Salesforce-related projects
Collaborate with internal and external teams and work in Agile/Scrum environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Management, or related field
3+ years of custom Salesforce Development (Apex, VF, Aura, LWC)
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
Hands-on Lightning experience for custom app development
Experience with Apex REST and SOAP Web Services, Apex Callouts, Outbound Messaging, and JavaScript Remoting
Proven experience with code management and best-practice custom development
Thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform and ability to translate business requirements into design specifications
Strong implementation and customization experience with Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing
Strong analysis and troubleshooting ability and attention to detail
Salesforce Admin I and Platform Developer I certifications required; PD2 Developer highly preferred
Demonstrable development experience in Salesforce Lightning components
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum team scenarios
Must be a Permanent Resident or US Citizen and authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to pass a federal government background check
Must present an official US Government-issued photo ID during video interviews
