Design solutions by understanding the actual problem before coding
Rapidly prototype with AI tools
Use agentic coding with strict architecture guidelines and clean design patterns
Document and trace important design decisions
Create software and feature blueprints
Engineer systems and apply software design patterns
Make and own major architecture decisions, including microservice trade-offs
Design cloud-native product architectures
Conduct constructive, high-standard code reviews
Build and maintain AI agentic workflows
Build and maintain reliable, observable, safely reprocessable customer-data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and enrichment
Ship features end to end across React, Python services, and AWS infrastructure
Make quality measurable through evaluation sets, tracing, and latency and cost budgets
Integrate with customers’ systems and enterprise data landscapes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Multiple years of experience as a software engineer, ideally with ownership of architecture decisions
Practical, current experience with AI-assisted development
Understanding of cloud native architecture, ideally on AWS
End-to-end experience across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, taking features to production
High speed combined with high structural discipline
Strong communication skills to explain and defend architecture decisions
Experience with React, Python, AWS infrastructure, AI agentic workflows, data processing pipelines, databases, data structures, storage, cloud functions, and infrastructure as code
