About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as part of a dedicated three-person team with one Account Executive and one Account Manager
- Land new accounts and expand existing accounts across Northern EMEA
- Cover the Nordics and Benelux regions, including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg
- Lead technical discovery with prospects and customers regarding model training, MLOps workflows, and infrastructure constraints
- Design and present solutions spanning ML infrastructure, GPU compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes orchestration, and MLOps tooling
- Run proof-of-concept engagements and architecture reviews through to a decision
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, communicating technical requirements and product gaps to Engineering and Product
- Maintain documentation of customer architectures, solution designs, and outstanding technical questions
- Support new-logo pursuits and in-flight account expansion across the region
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture role, ideally focused on AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, or HPC
- Strong working knowledge of ML training and inference workflows
- Hands-on familiarity with MLOps platforms and experiment tracking, pipeline orchestration, and model serving
- Experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
- Familiarity with GPU topology, network fabric, and cluster architecture
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads at scale
- Experience managing multiple concurrent opportunities across a geographic territory
- Fluency in English required
- Up to 40% travel required
- Must satisfy export-control access requirements: be a U.S. person, eligible without export authorization, or eligible and reasonably likely to obtain required authorization
- Successful applicants must complete a basic criminal record check compliant with GDPR
- Preferred: familiarity with NVIDIA GPU architectures (H100, A100, H200), CUDA, NCCL, cuDNN
- Preferred: high-performance networking concepts including InfiniBand, RDMA, RoCE, and TCP/IP
- Preferred: background with AI labs, research institutions, or enterprise ML teams
- Preferred: exposure to physical AI use cases
- Preferred: Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
