About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop high-quality curriculum content, including e-learning, workshops, assessments, guidance documents, templates and supporting resources
- Ensure curricula and learning content align with apprenticeship standards, assessment plans and market demands
- Structure content into clear, engaging and practical learning experiences supporting learner progression
- Develop accessible learning materials covering automation fundamentals, responsible AI, data foundations, workflow automation, agentic AI, API integration, AI platforms and tools, compliance and continuous improvement
- Create practical workshops that connect concepts to real workplace scenarios and help learners produce meaningful evidence of learning
- Develop assessment activities and guidance enabling learners to demonstrate required knowledge, skills and behaviours
- Create and maintain programme documentation, module outlines, learner guidance, coach guidance and delivery materials
- Collaborate with Product colleagues, Curriculum Developers, subject matter experts, coaches, reviewers and digital development colleagues
- Respond to feedback and refine content for clarity, flow, technical accuracy, learner experience and assessment alignment
- Share expertise, resources and best practice across the wider product team
- Develop and maintain resources that enable coaches to understand and deliver the programme, and deliver these resources to coaches
- Monitor developments in AI, automation, no-code and low-code platforms and workplace technology to evolve the curriculum
- During the initial 4–6 months, focus on building AI products and learning content; subsequently transition partly or fully to programme delivery in a coaching role
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience developing high-quality curriculum, e-learning or training content for a professional, technical or apprenticeship audience
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards, curriculum design principles and learner development
- Strong writing, editing and quality assurance skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and identify gaps, duplication, sequencing issues or misalignment between content, assessment and programme outcomes
- Strong interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, agentic AI and AI-enhanced business processes
- Familiarity with AI, automation and productivity platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Gemini, Vertex AI, n8n, Zapier or equivalent technologies, or willingness to build working knowledge quickly
- Excellent prompt engineering skills and ability to contextualise these for business analysis applications
- Ability to design practical learning activities connected to workplace tasks, learner roles and organisational contexts
- Ability to learn new technical subjects quickly and translate them into effective learning content
- Strong collaboration skills with subject matter experts, Product colleagues, digital developers and delivery teams
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple content tasks across a fast-moving programme build
- Commitment to responsible, inclusive and accessible learning design
- Desirable: experience in apprenticeship, vocational training or professional education
- Desirable: experience designing content for AI, automation, data, digital transformation or technology programmes
- Desirable: practical experience using AI tools in a professional or organisational context
- Desirable: understanding of business analysis practice, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process improvement, data analysis and change management
- Desirable: experience creating interactive workshops, learner templates, assessment tasks or digital learning assets
- Desirable: teaching, coaching, training or instructional design experience
- Desirable: relevant Microsoft, AI, automation or digital technology certification
- Successful candidate subject to Enhanced DBS Disclosure and a Barred List Check
