About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead team members who provide support to designated Treatment Foster Care homes
- Ensure quality services for youth enrolled in Treatment Foster Care
- Ensure Treatment Foster Care homes comply with state contracts, funder requirements, and accreditation standards
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Treatment Foster Care program
- Provide leadership and support to TFC Specialists providing in-home support and coaching
- Support Treatment Foster Care, Relative Treatment Foster Care, and Treatment Foster Care Transition Services
- Aid placement development, success, and permanency for youth
- Ensure active involvement of children’s families in treatment and care
- Conduct and/or support initial and ongoing assessments/interviews with placement participants
- Organize and maintain a timely referral review and matching process
- Finalize individual treatment plans for the program, children, and families
- Work with program team members, children’s families, and kinship/foster providers
- Report to the Director of Family and Youth Support
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience serving children and families
- Master’s degree in social work or another human services-related field is required
- Professional licensure is preferred
- At least 21 years of age
- Pass background check, physical, and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence
- Proof of current vehicle insurance
- Reliable transportation
