About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality live, virtual instruction to diverse learner groups
- Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions for approximately 50 learners
- Teach Operations Leadership concepts and tailor content to learner skills and interests
- Engage in breakout room sessions led by teaching assistants
- Manage class-time Q&A, monitor chat flow, and maintain class energy and engagement
- Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery and schedule adherence
- Assist with lesson design, development, and curriculum improvements
- Prepare diligently for lectures and deliver high-quality content
- Provide responsive, empathetic learner support and adjust lesson pace to learner needs
- Make complex topics accessible while maintaining strong learner engagement
- Communicate respectfully and maintain frequent contact with Correlation One personnel
- Foster a positive learning environment
- Provide thoughtful feedback to improve the course
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in leadership and development or an operations leadership-type role
- Experience in roles similar to Process Assistant, Team Lead, Shift Supervisor, or other workplace leadership roles
- Experience supervising teams and performing administrative tasks
- Experience teaching leadership skills, conflict resolution, collaboration, people management, and time management
- Comfortable leaving live breakout sessions and providing instant feedback
- Strong command of English, both oral and written
- Data-driven mindset and results-oriented
- Comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment with a lean team
- Passionate about process improvement, self-improvement, and research
- Comfortable working remotely, independently, and self-motivated to succeed
