Develop slides and instructor guides for live online training programs focusing on data and AI
Customize curriculum by updating examples and case studies based on client needs
Design interactive exercises and activities to engage learners and promote hands-on practices
Create workbooks for assignments and guidelines for learners to complete a successful capstone project
Assess what went well across programs and develop reusable learning assets adaptable for different client needs
Review learning materials developed by subject matter experts and offer feedback to improve the learning experience
Iterate on lessons based on instructor and learner feedback
Ensure effective design, development, implementation, and feedback loops, including assessment, delivery, and facilitation
Define timelines, track progress, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Standardize workflows and templates across client programs while balancing flexibility for specific needs
Analyze data to drive decisions, monitor program performance, and develop KPIs to measure efficiency and impact
Manage resource allocation to meet competing deadlines and ensure high-quality work on time and within budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Design, Business, or a related field
Experience in designing courses for adult learners
Comfortable with designing corporate training for data and AI topics
Experience in applying effective strategies to engage learners and help them achieve learning goals
Superior written communication, copy editing, and proofreading skills
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Biased for action; tenacious
Collaborative spirit, proactive in reaching out to people and keeping them in the loop
Comfortable and excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong project management skills, with experience developing and managing operational frameworks and processes that scale with growth
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar)
Ability to quickly learn new tools
Working hours must be compatible with the EST time zone
