About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organize client projects and coordinate completion on time and within scope
  • Establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and summarize project status
  • Assist in preparing reports for clients and upper management

  • Develop and analyze options, recommend solutions, and solve complex problems

  • Work independently and as part of a team on special, nonrecurring, and ongoing projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare domain, revenue cycle management, hospital/facility, or VA environment
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Experience in coding services both domestically and globally
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Strong computer knowledge
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage multiple, interdisciplinary projects
  • Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectives
  • High level of personal integrity and ability to handle confidential matters professionally
  • High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little supervision
  • Commitment to quality and excellence
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with administrative procedures
  • Flexibility with schedule and availability
