About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and analyse online content from marketplaces, social media sites, websites, app stores, search engines, and other platforms for intellectual property infringements and impersonation matters
- Carry out online enforcement by reporting infringing content to platforms, Internet intermediaries, and other third parties
- Check enforcement status and collaborate with Client Coordinators to escalate takedown requests
- Handle platform and intermediary pushbacks under Client Manager supervision
- Escalate pushbacks from reported infringers to Client Managers
- Collaborate on relationships with platforms, Internet intermediaries, and other third parties to improve takedown compliance and efficiency
- Maintain accurate enforcement records and data
- Collect, collate, research, and analyse data using Corsearch systems and products, including Talisman and scraper tools
- Identify infringement trends and develop enforcement strategies and countermeasures
- Produce client presentations with insights and recommendations on the infringement landscape
- Support client enquiries, conduct research, and compose client reports
- Attend and participate in client meetings
- Contribute to the team knowledge pool through educational activities, professional reading, training, and sharing insights
- Help develop procedures and workflows to improve monitoring and enforcement efficiency
- Suggest ideas for automation, enhanced visualisation, and data presentation in Corsearch systems and products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong interest in online brand protection and/or intellectual property
- Fluent in German
- Strong verbal and written English
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience working remotely with team members in locations around the world
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong data analytical skills and ability to process large volumes of statistical and qualitative data
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and driven to deliver high-quality client services
- Hardworking, self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
- Energetic and flexible, with ability to work in a fast-growing, agile, adaptable environment
- Tech savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet tools such as browser extension tools and OSINTs
- Client-facing experience is desirable, including handling customer enquiries and delivering client presentations
