About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute the digital marketing technology strategy supporting commercial growth, customer engagement, demand generation, product marketing, and e-commerce across a global agriscience and crop protection business
  • Serve as the primary technology partner to Commercial-related business processes and Digital teams
  • Own the product roadmap, delivery, operations, governance, and continuous evolution of digital marketing platforms including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and B2B platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud
  • Translate complex business objectives into scalable technology solutions for growers, retailers, distributors, agronomists, channel partners, and internal commercial users
  • Serve as the primary IT product lead for digital capabilities, including AEM sites, assets, and integrations with CRM, Analytics, ERP, and legacy platforms
  • Partner with Commercial functions, stakeholders, and development teams to identify technology solutions that achieve effective customer experiences, marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, content governance, data quality, and commercial outcomes
  • Manage and prioritize digital product backlogs and enhancements on technology roadmaps with business stakeholders and development teams
  • Propose, discuss, and gather business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and release activities
  • Support digital marketing technology roadmaps by tracking risks, issues, and dependencies and ensuring solutions meet defined business outcomes
  • Monitor platform adoption and business value realization
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives, including OKRs and KPIs, and enterprise technology standards defined by the development team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related business or technology disciplines; equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered where appropriate
  • Relevant Product Management, Agile or Adobe certifications, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner, Agile Practitioner Certifications, AEM, or SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
  • 5–8 years’ demonstratable experience in a digital marketing, customer experience, or commercial technology solutions environment
  • Demonstratable experience working directly with business stakeholders to define outcomes, priorities, products, KPI’s, OKR’s, feature roadmaps, and gather/prioritize requirements to deliver business outcomes
  • Working experience supporting digital marketing technologies, particularly Adobe Experience Manager and SAP Commerce Cloud
  • Understanding of commercial and marketing processes
  • Demonstratable working knowledge of B2B digital experiences or customer portals
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn the unique needs of the agriscience and crop protection industry
