About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
  • Lead and empower behavior technicians (BTs)
  • Supervise cases and determine when telehealth is clinically effective for clients and BTs
  • Deliver strength-based, holistic, patient-centered care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinicians to create individualized care plans
  • Work within a transdisciplinary team including occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, and other disciplines
  • Provide clinical care while administrative teams handle scheduling, billing, and credentialing
  • Maintain an average of 26 billable hours per week

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check
  • Successful motor vehicle report review
  • Must satisfy the employer’s E-Verify/right-to-work requirements
