About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
- Lead and empower behavior technician (BT) teams
- Provide strength-based, holistic care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
- Supervise cases and determine when telehealth is clinically effective for clients and BTs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians on individualized care plans
- Work within Cortica’s transdisciplinary care model alongside occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, and other disciplines
- Average 26 billable hours per week
- Focus on clinical care while administrative teams handle scheduling, billing, and credentialing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in human services or a related field
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
- Successful completion of a post-offer background check
- Successful motor vehicle report review
- Ability to provide care in Danvers, MA, and surrounding areas
- E-Verify work authorization compliance
