About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
- Lead and empower behavior technicians (BTs)
- Provide strength-based, holistic, patient-centered care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
- Determine when telehealth is clinically effective for clients and BTs
- Supervise cases and maintain an average of 26 billable hours per week
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans
- Work within a transdisciplinary team including occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, and other disciplines
- Focus on outcomes and integrated care partnerships with health plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in human services or a related field
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
- Average 26 billable hours per week
- Successful completion of a post-offer background check
- Motor vehicle report review
- Ability to provide care in The Woodlands, TX and surrounding areas
- E-Verify participation/right-to-work requirements
