About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
- Lead and empower a team of behavior technicians (BTs)
- Supervise cases and determine when telehealth is clinically effective for clients and BTs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans
- Participate in a transdisciplinary, holistic care model with occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, and other disciplines
- Deliver patient-centered, integrated ABA care focused on outcomes
- Maintain an average of 26 billable hours per week
- Make clinical decisions and provide ongoing support for children with developmental differences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in human services or a related field
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
- Successful completion of a post-offer background check
- Motor vehicle report review
- Ability to provide clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
- Ability to lead behavior technicians (BTs)
- E-Verify work authorization compliance
