About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment
  • Lead and empower behavior technicians (BTs)
  • Supervise cases and determine when telehealth is clinically effective for clients and BTs
  • Average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians
  • Create individualized, integrated care plans
  • Provide quality-focused, outcomes-based ABA care
  • Work within a transdisciplinary team including occupational therapy, speech pathology, and pediatrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check
  • Motor vehicle report review
  • Ability to work in Westchester, IL and surrounding areas
